Rolex to become title sponsor of Shanghai ATP Masters
Good fortune in the "Year of the Tiger" is shining on the Shanghai ATP Masters 1000.
In its inaugural year, Shanghai has been awarded ATP Masters 1000 Tournament of the Year, as voted by the ATP players. And, from Geneva, Rolex has announced that it will upgrade its sponsorship to become Title sponsor of the event. The 2010 edition will be known as the Shanghai Rolex Masters.

"It’s a huge success and big moment for both the tournament and Rolex", said Arnaud Botesch, Head of Sponsorship for Rolex. "We feel honoured to join hands with one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world, bringing more thrilling men's professional tennis to China".
Established in 2009, Shanghai ATP Masters 1000 presented by Rolex is the first tournament ever at the highest level on the ATP World Tour to be named for the prestigious award in its inaugural year.
Brad Drewett, CEO of ATP International Group, presented the trophy to Shanghai.
"Having the players select Shanghai as their favourite ATP Masters 1000 tournament in the event's inaugural year is a tremendous achievement and well-deserved recognition for the hard work and dedicated efforts of the tournament organisers", he said.

Singha signs up to another round of sponsorship with Red Bull Racing
With only hours to go until the first race of the 2010 Formula One season, Red Bull Racing has announced that Singha Beer has increased its commitment to the
team, stepping up from Team Supplier to Team Partner for 2010.
The augmented deal means Singha Beer will gain greater visibility on team assets, most notably on the cockpit of the RB6, as well as on other Partner listing areas. It will also continue to support the team’s VIP guest hospitality programmes, as it has done for the last two seasons.
The international appeal of Formula One will no doubt be a useful tool for Singha Beer, as it aims to capitalise on the sport’s wide appeal and increase its presence as a globally recognised premium beer brand. The beer is currently available in over forty-four countries worldwide.
Delighted
"It's great news that Singha Beer has reconfirmed and increased its commitment to Red Bull Racing for the coming season", said team principal Christian Horner. "There is strong synergy between the two brands due to their similar Thai origins; the Thai background of Singha Beer fits well with the strong Thai roots of Red Bull.
"We’re delighted to welcome Singha Beer as a Team Partner and we look forward to working with them throughout our 2010 Championship campaign".

"Through this global partnership with Red Bull Racing, Singha Corporation aims to promote Formula One in Thailand and the Singha brand globally", said Voravud Bhirombhakdi, Strategic Partnership and Event Department, 4th Generation Bhirombhakdi family of Singha Corporation Thailand.
"We are confident that this is the beginning of an exciting, successful and synergized partnership between Red Bull
Racing and Singha for years to come. We partnered the team in 2009 for the Japanese GP, which resulted in a victory, and we are pleased to partner the team for a whole season. We are confident that the 2010 season will be a victorious one".
